Facebook-Back country Horsemen of NM Rendezvous Click on SHOP. Now the bad news here is that you can only put one item on per transaction. So, for example, select Registration, and check out, then select parking and check out. Not great, but that’s the way they do it. They also charge 5% per transaction. This will not be up and running until Thursday the 28th.
Good old-fashioned mail to BCHNM NW Chapter PO Box 2774 Corrales NM 87048 with a check or money order—please have this to us by the 21st of July so we can keep you in the loop

You can also call Teddie Bruce at 505-897-7416 and she can run your credit card. Our square charges 3.75% if the card is manually entered, or swiped, is 2.75%.

Registration= $25 per person, which includes all activities
Parking=$5 per night per vehicle; as an example wife hauls 2 horses up on Thursday and you stay through Sunday, husband drives the sedan up on Friday, that will be $25. This is the only fee that the Forest Service is requesting of us and these funds support the Pecos Ranger District. They are providing water, use of the 2 cabins, a landline for emergencies, and trash service. This a small price to pay to support this ranger district.
Cabin=$20 per person, per night. Some people don’t like to camp or trailer camp, so we are using one of the cabins for those people. Limited occupancy and it is dorm style. The kitchen and bathroom have supplies. You must check availability with Teddie 505-897-7416 or Melissa 505-261-4667.
The fundraiser for BCHNM is a Taos Horse Getaway vacation valued at $500. The Taos Getaway is located near Tres Piedras. Tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20. We want this to be a seamless, easy fundraiser, so no printed tickets will be given out. When Teddie receives your “order” she will put you on the list and send you your numbers. We will give you your numbers via email. We will draw the numbers, verify with the list, and you will be notified by email and/or phone. This allows LOTS of tickets to be sold to people across the state, members and non-members alike. Even out of state if someone wants to travel to New Mexico!
Don’t forget to bring cash for the tickets for the drawings. Bring stuff to donate for the drawings - individually and each chapter is donating an item $50 in value or better, just to up the ante!
When you register you will get a confirmation email with info and emails go out as more details come in.
